Please note this is just the processing time, whether you pay for regular shipping or express, the processing time will still be the same. Express payment is for shipping express NOT express processing time. As its made to order, there might be slight variations on the placement of the shapes and letters. Customised purchases are final and cannot be exchanged to or refunded.
Once the orders confirmed order you will be contacted to confirm the sketch within this 1-3 days period(if customised name is added to the order), if you have anything in mind to change to you can let us know while confirming. Please leave a message on the order of what color would you like, you can find the color option on the photos, pls choose size on the option and leave a note about the colors and customised name or anything else
