      Shipping policy

      IMPORTANT: THE DELIVERY TIMEFRAME IS NOT UNDER OUR CONTROL.

      We normally ship your order within 2-4 (working days) after the payment is cleared. PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT THE ITEM TO BE SHIPPED WITHIN AN HOUR AFTER YOUR PURCHASE, IF YOU HAVE SUCH SPECIAL NOTES, ITS BEST TO MESSAGE US VIA EMAIL OR ON FB OR INSTA TO DOUBLE CHECK.

      If any unseen circumstances occur, we will notify you. We use Australia post (australia parcel post )for all deliveries and the orders can be tracked on the Australia post's website. If you live in sydney and need a rush order*, pls donot hesitate to contact us, we are here to help you in anyway we can.

      All items are shipped from Blacktown NSW 2148

      Standard shipping and handling rate AUD $10 for order under $100 (AU customers only)

      All orders over $100 is free standard shipping AUSWIDE (limited time only)

      Please check with Australia post for the estimated date of arrival for your suburb. It is not under our control.

      Express shipping flat rate AUD 15 for any order(AU CUSTOMERS ONLY)

      Please check Australia post's next day delivery network to see if your suburb is included in the "next day delivery" service. We are not liable if you do not receive your order the next day.

      EXPRESS POST IS FOR AUSPOST EXPRESS SATCHEL. ITS NOT FOR PROCESSING TIME, IT STILL IS AROUND 2-4 (working days) after the payment is cleared.

      Shop pick up is unavailable atm, but if you have any special query regarding different shop, please do not hesitate to reach out we can always find a way to help!!

      Order parcel returned to us due to receiver's incorrect information will incur a re-delivery charges. Please make sure you provide us the correct information.

      We will not be liable for any mishandling and damages made in transit by the shipping carrier. All the parcels come with a tracking number but please note we take no responsibility for lost parcel. Please report such incidence to Australia post if need to.

      Please choose your items carefully or contact us if you need to know about the size. We will gladly exchange if you need to, and returns will be accepted only if the items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with original tags and packaging. (Contacted as an intent to exchange within 7days of receiving the item and returned within 5 days of notifying us)

      If you would like an exchange  please email info@littlemissamberly.com.au / littlemissamberly@gmail.com stating your order number and the reason for exchange 

      It will be the buyer's obligation to cover all postage costs for exchanges, need to provide us tracking number). Items cannot be accepted as an exchange or refund if the tag is removed and not in original condition. If the buyer sends item without tag and is not in the original condition, we will have to send the item back but after the buyer pays for the shipping fee.

      No items will be accepted for returns at all once worn. Any faults found after being worn, caused through neglect or through intentional misuse will instantly void the returns term ( returns unacceptable after worn)

      We reserve every right to refuse that does not meet these requirements.

      All sales are considered final within 7 days of receiving the item.

       

      PRODUCT CARE

      Please make note, some of our handmade items and hair accessories have been hand crafted and embellished. Due to its delicate nature, please handle them with care to avoid damage (products like them will not be considered defective if any embellishment unglues or falls off from pulling and intentional misuse)

      We recommend our customers to gentle handwash and hangdry our beautiful products as most of them handmade.

      Always use cold water, allow detergent to totally dissolve before adding the garment. Line dry in shade without delay and wash inside out.

      All customised orders are printed afterwards and it should always be hand washed inside out in cold water. The care tag inside the product will be void with the vinyl customised print. Please feel free to contact us for any enquiry.

       

      WARNING FOR ACCESSORIES

      CHOKING HAZARD: Accessories are not toys. They must be worn only under adult supervision. Remove when putting baby to sleep. Do not give to baby for play. Do not leave with baby unattended. Throw away if the product is damaged. They are for decorative use only.
