      Refund policy


      This return policy is for online customers only. Please check the kiosks for their exchange policy. The online exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any exchanges after this date. All purchases will be considered closed and final after 7 days of receiving them. 


      To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it ; tagged, unwashed and in original condition. 

      To complete your exchange, please notify us via email within 7 days of receiving your parcel. All purchases will be considered closed and final after 7 days of receiving them.

      Once notified and under agreed condition product must be returned within 7 working days of notifying us. 

      Please do not send your purchase back to us without notifying us. Please do not take your online purchases to kiosks to be exchanged without notifying us and getting confirmation. Please contact us regarding this, and we shall be able to give you the solution.

      There are certain situations where the exchanges will be declined

      -any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
      - notifying the intent to exchange after 7 days of receiving. 

      - taking the item to our kiosks for exchanges without notifying us

      We try to bring the best possible products from many different supply companies, and one product may vary to the fitting to that of the other. All sizes stated on this website are approximate sizes on average; every effort has been made to ensure accuracy. Every little one is different to others in height & body type. Please note the variation in the size difference will not be considered a defect. If you feel unsure about the sizing, please do not hesitate to contact us.


      Refunds 

      Sorry, we do not accept refunds for your change of mind, choosing the wrong colour or design or wrong size and just making up an issue with the product (All the orders are checked thoroughly before sending them out). If you would like to check and try before you buy, you can visit our physical kiosks( location can be found on the "contact us" page)

      If any refund is applicable, pls note we will have to deduct the charges applied to us from PayPal, credit cards and after-pay, who will charge us after your order comes through or any other charges that are involved in processing your order. Restocking and processing fees may be deducted.


      FINAL CLEARANCE ITEMS  (if applicable)
      Final clearance items are considered final after purchase. Since they are only the last pieces or heavily discounted from RRP, we cannot accept exchanges on such items. 

      Accessories

      Please make note some of our handmade items and hair accessories have been hand-crafted and embellished. Due to their delicate nature, please handle them with care to avoid damage (products like them will not be considered defective if any embellishment unglues or falls off from pulling and intentional misuse)

      Accessories cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons. Please choose wisely!

      Handmade care/ customised orders

      We recommend our customers gently handwash and hang dry our beautiful products as most of them are handmade.

      Always use cold water, and allow detergent to dissolve before adding the garment. Line dry in the shade without delay and wash inside out.

      All customised orders are printed afterwards, and they should always be hand washed inside out in cold water. The care tag inside the product will be void with the customised vinyl print. Please feel free to contact us for any enquiry.

      All customised orders are specially made for customers according to their demands. All customised orders are non-exchangeable and are considered final. 

      Exchanges (if applicable)
      Once approved, exchanges can be made with the same product or with a completely different product. And or with a gift card credit to use in the future. Please note the shipping fee is non-refundable and will not be included on your credit( if you choose to have credit for future use for exchange)

      Exchanges  shipping 

      You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item for exchanges (from and to).

      Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you decide to take a store credit for your exchange and if you received free shipping ( for orders $100 and over free standard shipping), we will have to deduct this shipping cost from your store credit. 

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

      If you are shipping an item over $75 for returns, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We cannot provide exchange or site credit until and unless we receive the returned goods and check!
