      Where is my order?

      Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel via Australia Post.

      To track your order:

      1. Open your shipping confirmation email from Little Miss Amberly.
      2. Click the Track your order link in the email — this takes you directly to your order status page.
      3. Your Australia Post tracking number and live parcel updates will be shown there.

      Haven't received a shipping confirmation?

      Shipping confirmations are sent within 1–2 business days of your order being placed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you can't find it.

      If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.
