Please note this is just the processing time, whether you pay for regular shipping or express, the processing time will still be the same. Express payment is for shipping express NOT express processing time. As its made to order, there might be slight variations on the placement of the shapes and letters. Customised purchases are final and cannot be exchanged to or refunded.
After your order is confirmed, we will reach out within 1-3 days to review and approve the sketch. If you wish to make any adjustments, please let us know at that time. Be sure to include a note with your chosen colours, customized name, or any other details you want to personalize.
