Our ever-popular open bow back design flutter tutu dress is back again yet with the gorgeous new floral print. Soft and supercute, our tutu style has 6 layers of tulle making it so full and fluffy. Sizes 0-3m through to size 12-18m(size 1) are available in romper style, while sizes 2-3y onwards are available in dress style. They cannot be customized to romper style or dress style, its whatever they are available in.
